At Kōsen, The Imprint Experience brought its immersive approach to one of Tampa’s most refined dining rooms, pairing the artistry and precision of Gyotaku with an intimate omakase experience.

The evening invited guests to experience the relationship between fish, art, and cuisine from a different perspective, with live Gyotaku woven naturally into the progression of the meal. The process became part of the experience itself—quiet, tactile, and unfolding alongside the craftsmanship of the kitchen.
